Now is the time to execute that which is perfect in all mankind to give without borders with out the restriction of faiths but from the heart as the universe has always  commanded. Singing with Heart at  Flanagan's Harp and Fiddle  with Ra.free Please know that our campaign is an ongoing campaign until December 8, 2013. So far, we have managed to raise a total of $860.00 Last Wednesday, we received $360.00 from the sin gers that gave and one special person gave $100.00 out of his own pocket. Last night we had 2 special people to give $100.00 each to the cause. But there is more to me done... If you divide $860.00 by 15 families of varying sizes and all manor of age groups but just divide what we raised by 15 families alone it's like $57.00/family. People of the FB world you often give to entities that you don't have a clue about. Come out to Flanagan's  Harp N Fiddle  and see us, meet us, and singing with us. Please give to to the cause! Karaoke with heart at Mad Momos - 11.21.13 Typhoon Relief Effort Karaoke - You may have heard or have seen the great tragedy that has befallen the great people of the Philippines. Now, it is time to do something about it and you can do it through singing. Tomorrow night will raise funds for the victims of the typhoon at Mad Momos. Such vetted and trustworthy organizations as NAFCON, Feed the Hungry, INC., and few others will be there to receive the funds and to share with you the needs of the Philippine people. A %100 will go to the cause. Please share on FB, Twitter, MySpace, Google, whatever social media you have and tell everyone to be at Mad Momos in force. The Giant Tip jar will also be available for those who just want to sing and give (100% of proceeds will go to cause). See you tomorrow night at Mad Momos!

Every Wednesday Until Wednesday 12.18.13 We are having karaoke with a purpose! We need funds to aid 15 area families in need from clothing to Christmas toys. This the 6th Annual event we've host at Flanagan's Harp and Fiddle to aid the organization, Family Connections. Please come out Wednesday night at 9PM and plan to make a donation in the big azz tip jar (100% of all proceeds goes to the charity). Thank you!

Next Show will be December 9, 2013 - Tell N' Bring a Friend or Two! Last night was easily one of the best nights ever and one of the biggest crowds ever. With Alissa getting married, quite a few new faces, and 1 huge birthday celebration (HU) and all that...we had a great time. A super rich kid thanks to those who thru money in the basket. That was awful nice. Thanks again = Meagan, Charlene, Erykah, Eric, Brittney,Kim, Bo, Billiie, Robin, Bobbbie, Dionne, Trina, Katt, Anthony, Stephen, Kim, Julie, Stephanie, Alana, Reefie, Tiffani, Mia, Alissa Greer, Alison McKeithen and all of the Ben's Next Door Staff.

Karaoke Flanagan's Harp and Fiddle on 11.13.13 Out of the abundance of there hearts, people gave to the tune of over $300.00. I want to thank everyone that gave last night and I hope it will inspire others as we encourage you to give every Wednesday to help those in need. The organization is Family Connections where people are helping infants up to seniors to have a better holiday season. Your kindness and donations go a long ways to make all this happen. A big thanks to the 300 club goes out to: Marc, Brad, Laura, Lauren, Emory, Sam, Kate, Liv, Chase, Caitlin, Jamie, Lindsey, Reed, So Sun, Jake, Jess, Ben, Jay, Dave, Lisa, Justin, James, Ricardo, Mikey Mike, Jen, Jon, Gabe, Meredith, Cat, and all those who gave anonymously and came out to support our efforts.

Ben's Next Door  Karaoke Bar Review - 11.11.13 - Next Show 11.18.13: Monday night was a Veteran's Day Hoot! We had a great night of fun and awesome talent to roll through. Some of my favorite and very special people came out to shine too. I don't have to wait to heaven to touch the stars I got a few of my own right here in DC. A big thanks goes to Vance, Carolina, Jahnel, Adam S., Nicole S., KT, Lisa, Robin, Nicole, Charlene, Katt, Friends of Vance, Erykah, and all the staff of Ben's Next Door. I posted the videos earlier and now it's time for the pictures. Everybody contributed to an awesome Veteran's Day. It was truly an amazing night.
